It sits out of sight in the cabinetry and is built to be synchronised with the Artusi CAID604KX and CAID905KX cooktops, so the hood and cooktop work together as you cook.

It runs on a single speed of 475m³/h, so there are no speed settings to select, and two 1.5W LED lights illuminate the cooking area. The simple operation suits cooks who prefer the hood to just get on with the job.

A carbon filter (D-HXT6009A) is supplied in the box, so the hood is ready for recirculating use, and aluminium grease filters capture grease before it reaches the motor. A Ø150mm outlet is available if you would rather duct the hood outside.

At 900mm wide it suits larger cooktops; only the width is published for this model. Installation and operation details are in the Artusi user guide, which is shared by the AUM60NS and AUM90NS.
