Claims must be registered by 31 July 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be processed.
How To Claim
To claim the cashback, customers must register online via Zip Water.
Customers must provide:
- Contact details
- Proof of purchase
- Proof of payment
- Valid serial number of the HydroTap purchased
A serial number is required to complete the claim; however, customers may register before receiving the serial number and provide it later once the product is delivered.
